About Us

The Falling Class instructors have extensive experience in teaching controlled falling and impact reduction. Led by Atlanta Judo Midtown owner and Professional Stunt Performer, Matt Scheib, The Falling Class instructors actively train in Judo, and bring additional backgrounds in Stunts, Kinesiology, Personal Training, and Dance.

Our instructor team has trained with safer-falling programs from around the world, bringing best practices and evidence-informed safer-falling instruction to Atlanta. The Falling Class instructors combine practical, compassionate coaching with extensive safer-falling experience.

The Falling Class is powered by Atlanta Judo Midtown, Atlanta’s premier Judo school.
